Booking Policy
Reservations will be accepted and guaranteed by us on receipt of your valid credit card details, depending on availability of the apartment(s).
For Christmas, New Year, and other significant holiday bookings we will require a minimum 25% deposit to confirm your booking with us.
The balance will be payable on arrival.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Cancellation fees are at the discretion of The Esplanade Management.
An administration charge of up to $25.00 will be made on all cancellations/No Shows.
A minimum charge of one night’s tariff (up to 50% in the peak season from Dec - Feb) will be debited against your credit card plus the administration fee.
However a full refund will be issued less an administration charge if: bookings are cancelled with 14 days prior notice.
Refunds
will be issued by cheque within fourteen days of the cancellation notice. No refund for early departure.
